What neat and professional work the group did! We were adding two rooms and a closet to our house with lots of customization. the crews are masters of the trade. Knowledgeable, skilled, well-organized, and helpful. Our bathroom tub/showers needed remodeling. In 2021, I choose an incompetent contractor to replace 13 windows and 3 doors with some enlargements in my 1978 adobe/ stucco home. Water and adobe mud poured into the house when it rained. The individual tried to rush to cover up the absolute disaster he had created by attempting to smother it with stucco. The honest stucco sub-contractor refused the job, saying the windows were not watertight and the adobe was not dry, therefore not ready for stucco. I finally recognized that the original person posing as a contractor could not do the job properly and asked him not to return. The mess they made of the job made a proper installation far more difficult and expensive.

The arduous task of finding a contractor willing and able to tackle the gargantuan job of re-installing every window and door finally bore fruit when I reached  Global Construction Management, LLC. Global promptly came to look at the work. He studied each window and door, asked questions, spoke his thoughts out loud to share with me. I had immediate confidence in him when he talked about what had been done improperly and what needed to be done to protect the structural integrity of the building and make the windows watertight. 

He came back in a short time with a quote and a starting date. Shortly after work began, I had several concerns and questions.  The supervisor came out and listened to my concerns, addressing each one in turn. This attitude of service, flexibility and respect was the hallmark of all  interactions with me. The men started when expected, came on time every day (save one when they were needed for an emergency at another work site and I was promptly informed), worked steadily, figured out structurally sound and cosmetically beautiful solutions to challenges they met as they moved from one window and door to the next, cleaned up daily and even more carefully before weekends. The crew were always polite, pleasant and professional. I had previous plans to be away during the construction and then the stucco sub-contractor had to be away. Global was aware of this and was flexible with scheduling a break. 

The owner is a high-quality person of great integrity and an honest businessman. 

The Global Construction website is full of phrases which make the company sound good. People might be skeptical of such a glowing evaluation. Contractors have a mixed reputation. My experience with  Global Construction Management LLC is that they are everything they say they are. Setting Higher Standards is not just a phrase, they really do high quality work. Did they exceed my expectations? Yes. Would I hire them again? In a heartbeat.
